Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CST) may be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary based on destination and package size.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Wig Hygiene & Handling Disclaimer
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all wigs and hair products are handled under strict quality control standards.
Please note:

All wigs are new, unworn, and hygienically packaged prior to shipping.

Once a wig has been opened, tried on, worn, altered, cut, styled, colored, or otherwise handled, it can no longer be resold.

To maintain hygiene standards, wigs must remain unused and in original packaging to be eligible for any return or exchange (see our Returns Policy for details).

We strongly recommend not removing the hair net, lace protection, or tags until you are certain you are keeping the wig.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these hygiene requirements.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returned packages due to address errors may be subject to reshipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. For lost or stolen packages, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
